A/R Front Desk Administrator - Garden City Dental

Location: Garden City, Michigan Company: Garden City Dental Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour Key Responsibilities: Greet patients warmly and ensure a positive first impression. Schedule appointments and manage the dental office calendar efficiently. Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls appropriately. Maintain patient records and update information as needed. Process payments and handle billing inquiries with accuracy and professionalism. Assist patients with insurance verification and claims processing. Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with sufficient stock of office supplies. Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient care and office operations. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience in a dental clinic setting. Knowledge of dental terminology and dental insurance. Proficiency in billing and posting EFT/Check payments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality.
