Job Description: Supports development of sales enablement capabilities directly working with sales and support groups. Primary emphasis is on the development of associate tools, readiness and adoption plans to support deployment of both new initiatives and existing sales execution reinforcement. The incumbent will work closely with initiative owners and the Academy to assess readiness needs and determine appropriate readiness solutions for existing and new hire Merchant Solutions associates. He/she will collaborate with Business Banking Merchant Solutions segment leaders, initiative owners and key partners (e.g. Commercialization, Product, Business Controls, Sales Support, Salesforce) to address areas of opportunity and improve process adoption. He/she will support procedure development and change management processes required to deploy new initiatives. He/she will have responsibility for managing strategy and tactics for initiatives through delivery design and execution planning with Global Payments Solutions, Business Banking Merchant Solutions and referral channel partners. Incumbent will collaborate to drive new initiative outputs through associate readiness forums. Works directly with initiative leads in designing, developing, and delivering project summary documents including strategic presentations, project updates, analytical insights and more as appropriate. Responsibilities: Builds and/or executes business initiatives and/or processes, while partnering with stakeholders and partners Solves complex problems and delivers on business initiatives and processes by applying subject matter expertise and technical knowledge of the business Engages with key stakeholders, partners, and business leadership to deliver on business objectives Performs analytics, assessments, and/or interpretation of data and/or information to identify business opportunities, derive insights, and measure outcomes Develops strategic and tactical plans to drive progress towards business goals and objectives Managerial Responsibilities: This position may also have responsibilities for managing associates. Seven steps to a successful interview 1. Anticipate –Put yourself in the interviewer's position. What do you believe the interviewer is most interested in? Why do you think you have been invited to interview? 2. Research –What are the primary functions of the line of business? What are the success factors for the job? Is there a job description available? 3. Assess –Think about your skills, abilities, knowledge, interests, traits, values and accomplishments. Match them to what you know about the job. Consider which ones you should highlight. 4. Prepare Answers –Think about what the interviewer may ask, determine what the best answer is and write it down. 5. Prepare Questions – Interviewing is a two-way street. By asking thoughtful questions, you communicate your interest and learn a lot about the job. Choose two or three questions to ask your interviewer. Avoid asking a lot of questions about vacation time or breaks. 6. Practice – It may seem awkward, but it is the best way to come across well in an interview. Practice your own "great responses" with others or in front of a mirror until you appear relaxed and at ease. 7. Follow-up – Send a brief follow-up letter to the interviewer.
