This position offers the chance to work alongside an experienced litigation team handling complex, high-profile mass tort matters from case evaluation through resolution. Responsibilities Manage a caseload of mass tort matters from intake through resolution. Review medical records, case documentation, and supporting evidence. Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses. Work closely with clients throughout the litigation process, providing exceptional communication and guidance. Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and litigation support staff to develop case strategy. Participate in settlement negotiations, mediations, and other litigation activities. Stay current on developments in mass tort litigation and applicable laws. Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Active license to practice law in Alabama, or ability to obtain admission. Prior litigation experience required; mass tort, personal injury, or complex civil litigation experience is highly preferred. Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills. Excellent communication and client relationship skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and case management abilities.
