Job Summary

An experienced Physical Therapist (PT) to provide outpatient rehabilitation services at ATI Physical Therapy in Albuquerque.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in an outpatient physical therapy setting and be prepared to provide quality patient-centered care throughout the assignment.

Key Responsibilities
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide physical therapy interventions based on patient needs and established care plans.
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
Provide therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation techniques.
Educate patients on exercises, treatment plans, and strategies to support recovery.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals as needed.
Follow facility policies, safety standards, and professional practice guidelines.
Maintain appropriate patient communication and support throughout treatment.
Requirements
Active Physical Therapist license – Required
Experience in the outpatient setting – Required
Minimum experience: Less than 1 year
Ability to meet state licensing requirements
Updated resume documenting relevant PT experience
Must complete required ATI documentation outside of the standard clearance packet
ATI credentialing/contract QA requirements must be completed before assignment start
Candidates starting with a compact license must obtain a permanent New Mexico license immediately

Important ATI Eligibility Information
Candidates who have worked per diem/PRN or permanent at ATI within the past year are not eligible to return until they have been separated for one year.
Candidates with previous ATI traveler experience, or permanent/PRN ATI experience more than one year ago, may require eligibility verification before submission.
Candidates must complete ATI-specific documentation and credentialing requirements before being cleared to start.
