Style Advisor

Summary The Style Advisor provides personalized styling and product expertise to customers on the sales floor, helping clients find the right fit and look. This role involves building client relationships, participating in training to develop product and styling knowledge, and working to achieve individual and store sales goals. Advisors communicate directly and professionally with customers and collaborate with the store team to deliver excellent service. Responsibilities Complete multi-stage training to develop expertise in product, fit, and styling. Present and educate customers on fit, construction, and styling of ready-to-wear and custom-made products. Deliver professional salesmanship to achieve personal and store sales metrics and targets. Build and maintain client relationships through personalized service and follow-up. Maintain visual merchandising and store operational standards as directed by leadership. Requirements Previous experience in sales, hospitality, and/or customer service. Genuine interest in fashion and styling with strong product enthusiasm. Professional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-based retail environment.
