Under the Magic Pine Tree is looking for a caring, enthusiastic Lead Teacher for our 2-year-old classroom in Gardnerville. We're a Reggio-inspired early childhood program where children learn through exploration, relationships, creativity, and hands-on experiences. We're looking for someone who enjoys the energy and wonder of two-year-olds and is excited to help them grow in confidence, independence, communication, and friendships. You'll have the opportunity to train alongside an experienced educator as you transition into the lead role. - Maintain a safe, welcoming, organized learning environment.
- Experience working with toddlers or preschool-aged children.
- Confidence guiding a group of young children through daily routines.
- A patient, positive approach to children's behavior and development.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Dependability, initiative, and a willingness to continue learning.
- Ability to meet Nevada childcare licensing requirements for the assigned position.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
