- Coordinate staffing requests received through client Human Resources, including classification, work location, schedule, and anticipated duration.
- Manage staffing coverage for all required categories: 7520 Waterworks Operation & Drivers; 9403 Garbage, Ashes or Refuse Collection & Drivers; and 8810 Clerical/Administrative.
- Direct recruiting/selection so personnel meet client-established skills, experience and certification requirements; ensure assessments/interviews and required pre-employment screening are completed before assignment, including standard 10-panel K2 drug screening and background checks as directed after award.
- Manage onboarding, attendance/call-offs, staffing coverage, supervision, client-requested removals/replacements and compliance with client workplace policies; ensure overtime is worked only with advance client authorization.
- Oversee acceptable timekeeping/verification and monthly invoice support so only client-approved hours are billed with the correct labor classification, rate and billing period.
- Coordinate employer-of-record compliance for the staffing program, including payroll/wage administration, workers compensation, unemployment, EEO, ACA, wage/hour/FLSA and health/safety requirements; maintain effective local service response and monitor the client nine-month annual temporary-assignment limit. Skill set info Demonstrated temporary staffing account/project management capability covering recruiting coordination, screening/onboarding, attendance/call-offs, replacements, timekeeping/invoice coordination and client service response; ability to manage staffing across workers compensation codes 7520, 9403 and 8810; working knowledge of employer-of-record and EEO/ACA/FLSA/workers compensation/unemployment compliance.
