Licensed Practical Nurse

Direct Patient Care: Provide compassionate, culturally competent healthcare services and perform standard clinical nursing duties under the direction of an RN or physician. Triage & Assessments: Check vitals, gather medical histories, document symptoms accurately in the EMR system, and assist with primary care or specialized treatments. Patient Education: Educate patients on treatment plans, medication adherence, and biomedical preventions (such as PrEP/PEP protocols). Compliance: Maintain strict HIPAA confidentiality, ensuring a safe, sterile environment in alignment with healthcare standards.
