Works collaboratively with VP and Directors to support goals of the Nursing Department and of Clinical Services. Provide supervisory oversight to all hospital operations. Responsible for overseeing patient care and staffing needs on all units to ensure quality care and service. Population served based on scope of services in the department.

Education: Graduate of approved school of nursing with degree in Registered Professional Nursing. BSN preferred. Experience: Minimum 1 year supervisory experience.

Manual: Little or no manual skills/motor coord & finger dexterity

Occupational: Little or no potential for occupational risk

Physical Effort: Sedentary/light effort. May exert up to 10 lbs. force
