As a Receiving Coordinator, you will be responsible for receiving incoming new vehicles, creating vehicle packets, and auditing parking lots. Receiving Coordinator Responsibilities include: Scan in new vehicles. Inspect vehicles for damage from carriers. Create new vehicle packets for each vehicle that houses vehicle information. Conduct quarterly audits on storage lots. Assist with dealer, SOS, and FedEx runs as needed. Destroy M-plates as needed. Adhere to Suburban Automotive Service's DRIVEN values and align business practices to support the SAS mission and vision. Receiving Coordinator Qualifications and Skills: Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record. Must be at least 21 years of age to drive company vehicles at Milford Proving Grounds. Must have exceptional oral and written communication skills. Must be customer service oriented. Must have exceptional time management and multi-tasking skills. Must be a self-starter. Must be a reliable team player. 1-year customer service experience preferred. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook applications preferred. Receiving Coordinator Working Conditions and Physical Demands include: 80% of the time will be spent walking or standing, and 20% of the time will be spent sitting. This position is performed both inside a garage and outside so weather conditions may include extreme heat and cold.
