Founded in Fort Wayne, we've grown into one of the Midwest's premier destinations for lingerie, adult novelties, and intimate lifestyle products. We pride ourselves on creating a clean, friendly, and welcoming shopping environment where customers feel comfortable, cared for, and inspired.

Now, with our continued growth, we're looking for a driven and passionate Sales Associate/Leader to join our Evansville team. What You'll Do:

  • Connect with customers Ask the right questions, listen with care, and guide them toward the perfect products.
  • Inspire purchases Turn shopping into a fun, confidence-building experience that keeps customers coming back.
  • Achieve results Take pride in meeting (and exceeding!) personal and store sales goals.
  • Be the expert Continuously grow your product knowledge with our industry-leading training.
  • Keep it fresh Help maintain a beautiful, organized sales floor that invites customers in.
  • Lead by example Show up with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:

  • A positive, people-first attitude with a genuine passion for sales and customer service.
  • Retail or sales experience is a plusbut not required. We'll give you the training and tools to succeed.
  • Strong communication skills, both face-to-face and on the phone.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently as well as part of a high-energy team.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on retail environment (standing, moving, restocking, and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.)
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
