Apartment Manager

We have an Apartment Manager position at our Management Support property with 266 apartment units. Villas on Hampton Avenue 5120 E. Hampton Ave Mesa, AZ 85206 Compensation is based on experience and our anticipation of your performance. Pay rate is in the range of $76,000 - $82,000 per year. We are particularly looking for applicants who are confident that their management skills and personality will yield high productivity. Use your skills more profitably. Applicants with REIT and large property management company experience are welcome. Responsibilities Supervise/manage large leasing and maintenance staff Ability to supervise while delegating authority and job functions Work well with both regional supervisors and central administration Familiarity with A/P & A/R processing Perform property and unit inspections Ability to handle both employee and resident issues respectfully and, when necessary, firmly Qualifications Five (5) years property management experience Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook Proficiency with apartment management software, RealPage a plus Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to learn and follow written policy Stable work history Some college preferred Multifamily management certificates a plus Association & REIT Certificates a plus Current driver's license, with verifiable auto insurance Bilingual (any language) a plus Benefits Payroll is every 2 weeks with direct deposit (no charge to employee) to your checking account.
