Many clients may come from underprivileged backgrounds, experiencing barriers to traditional healthcare services, making your understanding of their unique challenges critical. By engaging with empathy and culturally competent practices, you will help empower clients towards recovery and stability.Qualifications\n\n A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) is required for this position.\n Possession of a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification in the state of Georgia is mandatory.\n Exemplary verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information and build rapport with clients and colleagues.\n Strong organizational and planning abilities, enabling you to manage a diverse caseload effectively.\n Competence in addressing age-related and specialty issues relevant to your client population.\nPreferred Experience\n\n At least two years of clinical experience is preferred, demonstrating your ability to work with diverse populations.\n Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a significant plus, enhancing communication with a wider patient demographic.\nCompensation and Benefits\nThe annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
