Associate Physician - OBGYN - Internal Float Position
We are looking for both full-time and part-time board-certified Obstetrician Gynecologists for two internal float pool roles. This position allows for flexible work across our hospitals, encompassing office visits, gynecological surgeries, and obstetric care. The selected physician will rotate as an attending physician among various community hospitals within our network that offer delivery services. These include facilities such as Franklin Hospital in Farmington, Lincoln Hospital in Damariscotta, Mid Coast Hospital in Brunswick, Pen Bay Hospital in Rockport, Stephens Hospital in Norway, Maine Medical Center in Biddeford, and Memorial Hospital in North Conway, NH.
By joining our team, you will collaborate with supportive colleagues and build strong relationships with providers deeply embedded in local communities. You will have access to comprehensive resources and cutting-edge technologies, including a fully integrated Epic EMR system across all locations. Each site provides access to subspecialty referrals and consultations in areas such as urogynecology, maternal-fetal medicine, gynecologic oncology, reproductive endocrinology and infertility, pediatric and adolescent gynecology, and complex family planning services.
The ideal candidate will be board certified, possess at least five years of experience in comprehensive obstetrics and gynecology, and be comfortable practicing independently in rural settings. We are looking for someone with excellent clinical abilities and strong interpersonal skills, who thrives in dynamic team environments.

- The obstetrics and gynecology residency program at Maine Medical Center, established in 1976, has a long-standing tradition of training the OB GYN workforce in Maine and currently supports 17 post-graduate trainees who rotate through various delivery locations.

- Eligibility for licensure in both Maine and New Hampshire.

The annual base salary for this role is set at $385,000.
