Strategic FP&A Director, Legal Entity & Capital Planning

Athene is seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Director, Financial Planning & Analysis in West Des Moines, Iowa. This role involves leading statutory income statement projections and overseeing financial forecasting while closely collaborating with Capital, Tax, Accounting, and other finance departments. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field and 8-10 years of experience in FP&A.
