Senior City Attorney - Local Government & Litigation

City of Coconut Creek seeks an experienced City Attorney with a JD and Florida license to provide legal counsel to the City Commission, City Manager and staff. The attorney will supervise legal staff, handle complex government matters and represent the City in various legal matters. Responsibilities include drafting ordinances, contracts and opinions; conducting investigations and research; and guiding departments on policy and legal issues affecting the City.
