Job Summary:
Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse (RN) opportunity is available for a highly skilled professional in a multidisciplinary hospital setting. This role involves providing critical patient care to neurological, neuro-surgical, medical, surgical, pulmonary, cardiology, cardiothoracic, and trauma patients. The ideal candidate will have experience with ICU technology and be committed to delivering exceptional care in a fast-paced environment.
Job Details:
- Location: Not specified
- Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications:
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state/district
- ICU (Intensive Care Unit) experience of at least three years
- Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications
- Cerner experience
- Preferred Qualifications:
- BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) degree
- Additional Information:
- Must reside within 50 miles of the facility
- Basic knowledge of ventilators, cardiac monitors, pulmonary artery catheters, arterial lines, central lines, PICC lines, IABP, ECMO/tandem heart, Impella, BIS monitors, continuous pulse oximetry, CRRT, gastric tubes, and infusion pumps
- Flexibility to meet the needs of patients, families, and the community by performing various patient care functions
