Step into a dynamic educational setting supporting elementary students as a Speech-Language Pathologist on a full-time contract opportunity. This position offers a chance to collaborate with educators and families to foster student growth and communication skills. Two openings are available, both serving elementary caseloads for the upcoming school year.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Active state SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for clinical fellowship (CF)
• Experience in a K-5 or elementary school environment preferred
• Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy and intervention services to elementary students with communication disorders
• Conduct evaluations, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and monitor student progress
• Collaborate with classroom teachers and support staff to integrate therapy goals with academic instruction
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation per district and state guidelines
• Participate in parent conferences, staff meetings, and IEP meetings as needed
• Offer strategies and resources to families and staff to support student development
