Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification and 1+ years Pharmacy Technician experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
URGENT NEED – DAY SHIFT COMPOUNDING TECHNICIAN
We’re looking for an experienced Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technician to join a specialty compounding pharmacy in Kennett Square. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity for a technician with hands-on sterile compounding experience who is looking for a consistent weekday schedule.
ATTENDANCE IS HUGE FOR THIS ROLE. You must be dependable and able to consistently commit to the scheduled hours.

Position Details
- Location: Kennett Square, PA
- Contract: 13 weeks (possible temp to hire)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
- Setting: Specialty Compounding Pharmacy
- Shift: Day shift
Responsibilities
- Prepare and compound medications under pharmacist supervision
- Follow USP <795> , <797> , and <800> guidelines
- Read prescriptions and accurately enter orders into the pharmacy system
- Measure, mix, package, and label compounded medications
- Prepare formula log sheets and maintain required documentation
- Assist with batch compounding and product labeling
- Verify and document compounding records
- Maintain inventory of ingredients, equipment, and PPE
- Ensure prescriptions are prepared accurately and on time
- Maintain accurate records of all compounded products
Requirements
- Active Pennsylvania Pharmacy Technician License – REQUIRED
- 1+ year of recent pharmacy technician experience
- Sterile compounding experience – REQUIRED
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable attendance and ability to commit to the full Monday–Friday schedule
