Registered Nurse

Looking for a Medical Surgical RN to work 3x12 Day/Night shifts. Working hours are 07:00-19:30 and 19:00-07:30. The role requires working every other weekend. Local candidates are not accepted if living within 25 miles of the facility. Finalized requests for time off must be included with submission. No time off is allowed within the first week of the start date. A maximum of 10 days of time off is permitted per assignment. The unit provides post-operative care for various surgery types including general, bariatric, vascular, urology, plastic, and trauma. The facility is an acute care hospital with 479 staffed beds. The hospital is Magnet recognized and a teaching facility. Daily census ranges from 16 to 18 patients. The RN patient ratios are 3:1 during days and nights. The unit supports interdisciplinary teams including IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, phlebotomy, radiology, social services, pharmacy, and transportation. Candidates should have experience with interpretation and management of dysrhythmias. Travelers are required to work holidays and may need to complete required lab work and fingerprinting within specific timelines. All candidates must have an active Minnesota CNA license or provide proof of license application at the time of submission.
