Responsibilities

• Assist clients with travel-related inquiries and planning support
• Learn about traveler preferences, interests, budgets, and vacation goals
• Research destinations, accommodations, cruise options, transportation, excursions, and travel experiences
• Present customized travel recommendations based on client needs and expectations
• Coordinate booking details, reservations, and itinerary components
• Share travel confirmations, schedules, documentation, and important updates
• Support travelers with itinerary adjustments, special requests, and travel-related concerns
• Review reservation information and travel documents for accuracy
• Track active travel plans and help ensure all arrangements are completed on schedule
• Maintain organized client records and communication history within company platforms
• Utilize company resources, supplier tools, and training materials to support daily operations
• Participate in ongoing training, destination education, and professional development opportunities
