About the Job Occupational Therapist (OT) - Home Health | Oahu, HI | PRN & Part-Time | $65-$85 Per Visit Stern at Home Therapy is hiring an Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide one-on-one care to patients in their homes across Oahu, HI . Choose between part-time W-2 employment with benefits or a flexible PRN opportunity based on your availability. What You'll Do: As an Occupational Therapist with Stern at Home Therapy, you will evaluate and treat patients in their homes throughout Oahu. Responsibilities include:
- Perform occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
- Provide one-on-one treatments based on each patient's functional needs and goals.
- Help patients improve independence, safety, mobility, and daily function.
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Communicate with patients, families, physicians, and members of the clinical team.
- Coordinate with our administrative team regarding scheduling, patient care, and logistics.
- Manage your caseload based on your availability and patient needs.
- $65 per follow-up visit.
- $75 per 4-unit evaluation.
- $72 per 4-unit follow-up visit.
- $85 per evaluation.

- Home health experience is preferred but not required.
