Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat02:00 PM - 10:30 PMSun02:00 PM - 10:30 PM What You'll Do: Provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a front desk location within a technology, media, and telecommunications environment. Carry out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, visitor management processes, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Monitor access to the facility, verify visitor credentials, issue temporary access badges, and maintain accurate visitor records. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner and promptly communicate concerns to appropriate personnel. Maintain a professional front desk presence while helping to deter unauthorized access and supporting a welcoming workplace environment. Minimum Requirements: Have at least 2 years of security-related experience. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
