Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous warehouse or material handling training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements Previous material handling, warehouse, or inventory control experience preferred Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus Forklift certification preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume production setting Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Job Duties Receive, verify, and inventory incoming materials from suppliers Stock production areas with materials based on manufacturing needs Perform visual checks of material levels and replenish inventory as needed Complete daily cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records Organize and label warehouse and production materials Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely Respond to material requests and Help Desk tickets Exchange recycling bins throughout the facility Support production teams to ensure efficient material flow and minimize downtime

Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive material handling tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely move products using manual or powered material handling equipment. Ability to work efficiently in warehouse or manufacturing environments while following established safety procedures.
