Job Description
We are hiring an experienced and tech-savvy R&D Enterprise Tools Operations Specialist to support global R&D business applications and operational processes. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in enterprise systems support, process improvement, automation, and operational excellence within a regulated environment.
This role focuses on supporting scientists and engineers by managing critical system requests, maintaining compliance standards, improving workflows, and identifying opportunities for automation and digitization.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and manage R&D system requests with high accuracy
- Provide timely technical and operational support for enterprise tools
- Act as SME for business applications and operational processes
- Support records management, lab data, and change request workflows
- Drive process improvement, automation, and digitization initiatives
- Maintain compliance, audit readiness, and data integrity
- Collaborate with global cross-functional teams
- Troubleshoot enterprise application and operational issues
Required Skills
- Experience with enterprise business applications
- Knowledge of SAP, Cornerstone, EDMS, LMS, Google Workspace, or Microsoft Office
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Experience with automation, scripting, databases, or AI tools is preferred
- Excellent communication and customer support skills
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
- Strong attention to detail and execution-focused mindset
Preferred Background
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in technical support, operations, or system administration
