• Number of Beds: 97
• Number of Staff: 200
• Type of staff: Day Shift (example 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters) primarily RNs, 1 clerk Night Shift primarily RNs, 1 clerk
• Patient Ratios: 3-4 patients per RN
• Type of equipment: medfusion pumps, alaris, giraffe isolettes, GE monitors
• EMR: CPN, Meditech

Typical hiring profile:

• Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)
• Must have: Minimum 2 years Level 3 NICU experience
• Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. Not first time traveler experience

Dress Code: Scrub Color-navy. No nail polish or artificial nails, strict dress code of navy scrubs
