What we need from you: Experience working in a memory care residents Able to communicate written and orally in English. Within 30 days of hire be certified in CPR and First Aid Knowledgeable of state and federal regulations. Able to exhibit good business judgment and have strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with multiple priorities. Able to demonstrate the ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment with minimal supervision. Must be able to push/pull up to 40 lbs, lift up to 35 lbs.
