Starting pay $15 an Hour plus tips. Baristas are making $16.50-$17 an hour with tips.

Job Description:

As a Barista, you'll be the face of Scooters Coffee- welcoming customers with a smile and crafting high quality beverages.

What You'll Do:

• Greet and connect with every guest
• Educate customers about our drinks, merchandise, gift cards, and app.
• Take orders, process payments and maintain your cash drawer accurately
• Prepare all drinks to brand standards and speed guidelines
• Keep customers and coworker areas clean and stocked
• Support your team and maintain a positive fast paced work environment.
• Show genuine appreciation to every customer

Since 1998, Scooters has been serving up amazing drinks with integrity, love, humility, and courage. This position is with a Scooters Coffee Franchisee. If hired, you will be employed by the franchisee, not by Scooters Coffee corporate. Franchisees set their own pay, benefits, and employment terms.
