Part-time, Full- Time and as-need positions are available Location: Silverdale, WA and/or Kent, WA About Us: PhysioWorks Silverdale is a rapidly growing company with over 2000-4000 sq feet at each facility. We provide comprehensive care to a diverse caseload, including worker’s compensation and regular insurance patients. What We Offer: Competitive Pay: $85,000 - $120,000/year (based on experience) Paid Time Off (PTO) & Holiday Pay Medical Premiums Covered (75%) Simple IRA (3% matching) Flex Spending Account: $1,500 annually (paid out in January) Medbridge Account Potential Sign-On Bonus: $10,000.00 One-hour slots for Evaluations Opportunities for Professional Growth Job Responsibilities: Meet with patients to identify needs and set goals Devise and implement detailed treatment plans Educate, motivate, and encourage patients through the treatment process Monitor treatment effectiveness and collaborate with the patient's medical team Communicate changes in patient function and modify treatment goals as needed Oversee Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) and adjust plans of care Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with federal and state regulations Provide ongoing education to physicians, patients, family/caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams Document patient appointments and progress according to departmental and regulatory standards Evaluate shoulder, elbow, and hand injuries Exposure to Work Rehabilitation programs Qualifications: Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in the state of Washington Strong Clinical Skills with Proficiency in Computer Skills ️ Compassionate and Patient-Centered Approach Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written and Verbal Experience in hand therapy (preferred but not required; we will train) Familiarity with worker’s compensation claims Work Schedule: Clinic hours are 8 am—6 pm, Monday through Friday. We offer various scheduling options, including 4 x 10s or 4 x 8s. No weekends or holidays are required.
