If you are interested in pursuing a rewarding career, we invite you to review our opportunities!What You'll DoBuild, maintain, and improve predictive models that recommend optimal rental rates at the customer, market, and category levelApply statistical techniques — regression, survival analysis, elasticity modeling, Bayesian methods — to understand how rate changes affect revenue and utilizationAnalyze rate performance across markets and customer segments to identify where the business is leaving money on the tableDesign and run A/B and quasi-experimental tests to measure the revenue impact of pricing changesPartner with Pricing, Sales, and Finance to translate model outputs into actionable recommendationsDevelop robust feature pipelines and model monitoring to ensure pricing recommendations stay accurate over timeCommunicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersWhat You'll Bring5+ years of experience in data science or quantitative analytics, with demonstrated impact on a revenue or pricing problemStrong foundation in statistics — you understand when to use a linear model vs. something more complex, and you can defend that choiceProficiency in Python and SQL; experience with Spark / Databricks a strong plusExperience building and deploying ML models in a production environmentComfort working with messy, real-world transactional dataAbility to work independently and drive a problem from ambiguous question to deployed solutionNice to HaveExperience in equipment rental, logistics, or any asset-heavy industryFamiliarity with pricing science, revenue management, or yield optimizationExperience with MLflow or similar model tracking/versioning toolsPhysical Demands: Must be able to bend, squat, crouch and/or reach and lift up to 25 pounds or more, as required by the job.
