We are one of the largest distributors of natural stone slabs, poured-in-place terrazzo, and quartz surfacing. We are looking to add a Full-Time, Permanent Sample Producer for a Monday through Friday day shift. This role is an opportunity to learn a specialized trade and connect with influencers in the field. Primary job responsibilities: Pour, grind, and polish custom terrazzo and resinous samples. Tinting quarts/gallons of epoxy. Organizing and refilling chip containers. Loads and unloads materials onto and from various containers, including trucks, conveyors, racks, pallets, and/or trays; utilizes appropriate tools to accomplish tasks. Maintains a safe, clean working environment. Participates in quality improvement efforts. Performs other duties as assigned by the manager. Requirements: What you'll need to get the job done: One to two years related experience or equivalent. Team-oriented mentality. History of reliability. Ability to work grinding and polishing machinery along with a variety of saws. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills Ability to manage priorities and workflow Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm Acute attention to detail Must be relatively proficient with math skills. Physical Requirements : While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to do the following: Lift and move a minimum of 50 pounds without assistance. Climb a ladder to a height of at least 20 feet. Wear appropriate safety equipment. Ability to stand, walk, sit, climb, and balance regularly.
