Thrive Turnersville is looking for a full-time Veterinary Technician Manager to join our team as part of the Thrive Pet Healthcare community in Turnersville, NJ.

About You

You'll play an important role in pets' lives by guiding a skilled technician team in delivering end-to-end care for our patients. Your life-changing work will range from overseeing the coordination of outpatient treatments and laboratory operations, to supporting clinical teams and ensuring smooth patient flow from admission through discharge. The success of your patients' care matters to you, and your success matters to us.

Your Experience & Skills

• Minimum 3+ years of clinical veterinary experience as a Veterinary Technician (direct patient care)

• CVT/RVT/LVT (active and current) preferred

• Superior/advanced technical skills

• Passion for General Practice veterinary medicine

• Has 2+ years of supervisory experience (in a veterinary clinic setting)

• Has strong anesthesia skills (Able to obtain Blood pressure, ECG, Sp02, and ETC02 and integrate clinical signs with disease processes to assist doctors in early and appropriate intervention of patient care)

• Possesses a positive work attitude

• Self-motivated

• Excellent leadership, communication and organization skills

Compensation is negotiable based on experience and credentials, with an expected starting range of $65,000– $75,000 / year. The actual salary will carefully consider a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
