Join our healthcare team as a  DME & Home Health Coordinator in  Vero Beach . This is a  full-time, Monday–Friday, temp-to-hire opportunity where you'll coordinate DME and Home Health services, process insurance prior authorizations, manage referrals, maintain accurate EHR documentation, and work closely with patients, providers, and vendors to ensure timely, high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate DME and Home Health services.
• Process insurance prior authorizations and referrals.
• Communicate with patients, providers, agencies, and vendors.
• Maintain accurate EHR documentation.
• Deliver excellent customer service while supporting patient care.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in medical office, referral coordination, DME, Home Health, or insurance authorizations.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, commercial insurance, and EHR systems preferred.
• Level 2 background clearance and required immunization records.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and customer service skills.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
