Intake Case Manager — Pediatric Behavioral Health Advocate

The Children’s Center is seeking a Case Manager, Intake Services to navigate requests for therapeutic services, assist with enrolling and triaging families during intake, and coordinate referrals across home, school, and community settings. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a mental health field, a Michigan license for the coordinating degree, and strong communication with multidisciplinary teams.
