Huge plus if they have telecom or EV charging station design • Self starter + good attitude

Job Description:

We are seeking an entry-level AutoCAD Designer to join a growing engineering and design team supporting telecommunications and electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure projects. This individual will work alongside engineers, project managers, and senior designers to develop and revise technical drawings for wireless communication sites and EV charging station installations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and has a foundational understanding of AutoCAD and drafting principles.

Responsibilities:

• Create and modify AutoCAD drawings for telecommunications cell tower and wireless site projects.
• Assist with the preparation of construction drawings, site plans, equipment layouts, and permitting packages.
• Develop and update drawings for EV charging station installations, including site layouts and equipment placement.
• Incorporate engineering markups and redline revisions into existing design packages.
• Maintain drawing accuracy, organization, and compliance with company standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and design teams to ensure project requirements are met.
• Review drawings for quality control and completeness prior to client submission.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
