Medical Staff Services Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with Medical Staff Services on credentialing, privileging, and onboarding timelines

Oversee and track onboarding processes for all providers (physicians, APPs, locums), ensuring timely start readiness

Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates regarding scheduling, logistics, and next steps

Coordinate phone, virtual, and on-site interviews

Prepare interview itineraries, welcome materials, and onboarding packets

Coordinate all candidate travel and logistics including flights, lodging, transportation, and meals

Support locum tenens coordination including scheduling, onboarding, and assignment readiness in coordination with provider recruiter

Assist recruiters in maintaining candidate pipelines and tracking recruitment activity

Work with Provider engagement and sourcing Coordinator to ensure professional, timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process

Track recruitment and onboarding metrics, supporting reporting and process improvement initiatives

Provide administrative and operational support to the Manager and recruitment team with other duties as assigned

Coordinate provider welcome packets and onboarding resources

Performs other duties as assigned to support overall effectiveness of department and organization

Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience: 1-3 years of related experience

License: N/A

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships
