Concierge Physician (Internal or Family Medicine)

At Benessair, you’re not a patient — you’re a client. We’re hiring another physician to practice alongside founder Dr. Carrie Bordinko, learn directly from her, and build a panel of your own.

This role suits a physician who wants to build something lasting: deep relationships with clients, a panel of their own, and a long-term place in a growing practice. Compensation is designed to reward that growth.

What you’ll do

• Deliver white-glove primary care to executives, business owners, athletes and community leaders. That includes comprehensive annual executive physicals with advanced diagnostics and a personalized health plan.
• Serve as each client’s primary physician and coordinator of care. You choose the right specialists, speak with them directly, and make sure every recommendation comes back to a single, coordinated plan.
• Practice prevention-first medicine: chronic disease management, longevity, hormone optimization, weight management (including GLP programs) and metabolic health.
• See clients in the office, at home, at work, in hotels or by video.
• Care for every Benessair client, not just your own panel. You’ll share 24/7 call for the whole practice and cover fully when Dr. Bordinko is away.
• Handle client requests personally, from travel medicine and prescriptions abroad.
• Build your panel through referral-source relationships, community events, talks and content, with a written growth plan in your first 60 days.
• Help run the practice: mentor RNs and front desk staff, improve protocols with management approval, and cover client inquiries and scheduling after hours.
• Serve as the supervising physician on-site for Benessair’s hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) program. That includes medical clearances before treatment, oversight during sessions, and managing any complications.

What we expect: read this part carefully

• Response times in minutes: Urgent calls returned within 5 minutes. Routine calls and texts within 10 minutes, 6 am to 8 pm.
• Full-time office schedule, five days a week, including on-site hyperbaric coverage.
• 2 Saturdays per month, plus at least 2 call weekends per month.
• Holiday weekends: You’ll cover at least 3 of the 5 major holiday periods each year.
• Two evenings a month at community and business development events.
• Hospital follow-through: When a client is admitted, you coordinate with the hospital team and follow them through discharge.

Compensation & benefits

• Guaranteed base salary, plus a revenue share that grows with your panel
• Revenue share paid quarterly on your panel’s revenue once it covers overhead. There is no cap on what you can earn.

Required qualifications

• Board certified in Internal Medicine (ABIM) or Family Medicine (ABFM)
• Arizona medical license, or able to get one quickly
• 5–15+ years of independent practice
• Strong background in preventive medicine and chronic disease management
• Confidence managing complex and urgent medical issues
• Ability to guide clients on nutrition, exercise, sleep and stress, grounded in clinical evidence

Strongly preferred

• Experience caring for executive, athlete, concierge or VIP clients
• Extra credentials in obesity, sports, lifestyle, functional medicine or executive health
• Hyperbaric medicine training, or willingness to complete it
• Comfort with hormone optimization, longevity medicine, weight management, metabolic health and evidence-based wellness
