Pride Health is hiring a Phlebotomist to support our client's healthcare facility in Burlington, MA.

Job Details: 
Schedule:  7.30am-4.00 pm Mon - Fri
Location:  Burlington, MA
Job Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks (possibility of extension)
Pay Range: $21/hour to $24/hour*
*Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.  

Duties: 

• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection procedures accurately and safely.
• Provide direct patient care while maintaining a professional and compassionate approach.
• Release laboratory orders and ensure appropriate collection requirements are followed.
• Distribute specimen collection kits and explain self-collection procedures clearly to patients.
• Perform fingerstick INR testing and other point-of-care testing procedures as required.
• Centrifuge and process collected specimens according to established laboratory procedures.

Requirements: 

• Education: High School
• Years of experience: 2- 3 years
• Skills/Specialties/Technology:   Neonatal phlebotomy experience
