Urgent Care Physician opening – La Grande, ORPosition Details

• Full-time, permanent, hospital-employed position
• Outpatient urgent care setting
• Four 10-hour shifts per week
• Clinic open Monday‚ÄìSunday
• Average volume of 25‚Äì30 patients per day
• Scribe support provided when averaging 15+ patients per day
• X-ray on site
• Epic EMR
• Join an experienced care team with APP and strong nursing support
• Designed to support schedule flexibility and work-life balance
• Serves a local population of approximately 35,000 residents, with regional reach into Eastern Oregon and Southeast Washington
Compensation
• Total compensation potential $300k+
• Quality incentives up to $45k annually
• RVU-based bonus once annual threshold is met
• Commencement bonus: $30,000

Requirements
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine
