Workday Technical Lead

Salary: $130,000 - 216,000 per year Requirements:

• We require an active and maintained TS/SCI federal or DoD security clearance, and after onboarding we must be able to obtain and maintain TS/SCI with a counterintelligence polygraph.
• We require a bachelors degree.
• We require five or more years of experience implementing Workday.
• We require at least one year of experience in integration development and modern integration technologies such as EDI, web services, XML, XSLT, Java, .Net, and middleware.
• Preferred qualifications include experience delivering projects within a structured methodology.
• Preferred qualifications include experience deploying solutions in a federal environment.
• Preferred qualifications include familiarity with Department of War or Intelligence Community clients.
• Preferred qualifications include experience in HR environments and understanding organizational challenges.
• Preferred qualifications include strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Preferred qualifications include strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, including Workday demos and client presentations.

• We lead and coordinate other integration consultants throughout Workday deployments.
• We design, build, and support testing for Workday integration code bases, including Studio, EIB, and core connectors.
• We work directly with clients to create requirements and design documentation.
• We develop and oversee the creation of high-quality Workday integrations.
• We collaborate with third-party vendors as needed to complete integration efforts.
• We communicate actively with cross-functional team members.
• We explain technical challenges and proposed solutions to internal and client stakeholders.
• We contribute to an innovative, collaborative culture focused on continuous process and asset improvement.
• We apply consultative skills and maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
