Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current state SLP licensure or ability to obtain before start date
• Open to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates and experienced SLPs
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities
• Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive, and supportive environment for students

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations of students’ speech, language, and communication skills
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Deliver direct therapy services tailored to student needs, including group and individual sessions
• Document progress and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support staff
• Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team meetings, and ongoing professional development
