Machine Shop Supervisor

Job Title: Machine Shop Supervisor Location: Sanford, FL Pay Rate: $30.00/hr.+ (DOE) Hours: 4:30am - 6:00pm Mon-Thursday (OFF Friday) Minimum Qualifications: 23 years of supervisory or management experience 5+ years of CNC Mazak Mills and Lathe experience Strong ability to read mechanical drawings and blueprints Expert knowledge of CNC controls, M-code, and G-code Experience with troubleshooting, programming, and precision measuring tools Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Machine Shop Supervisor to lead daily operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The Machine Shop Supervisor will oversee machinists, coordinate workflow, ensure production goals are met, and maintain quality and safety standards. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with strong CNC machining expertise.
