Minimum Requirements

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in special education from an accredited educational program.
• Valid Alaska state special education certificate or the ability to obtain required state certification.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in K–12 public school settings.
• Previous work with transition planning for secondary students.

• Special Education Teacher - Resource Room with elementary students. Manageable caseload and paraprofessional support.
