Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure equipment longevity.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and quickly diagnose root causes.

• Work with electrical components for basic troubleshooting and repair.

• Complete detailed maintenance documentation.
• Maintain safe working conditions in compliance with safety standards.

Essential Skills

• Prior industrial or mechanical maintenance experience.

Work Environment

The work environment is a manufacturing and industrial production facility with exposure to operating machinery. Frequent movement throughout the facility is required, including climbing, bending, lifting, kneeling, and reaching. The pace includes a mix of preventive maintenance and emergency repair work, prioritizing multiple maintenance demands. Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Avon, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $76960.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
