Since 2005, we've been dedicated to helping pets live healthier lives through high-quality nutrition, sustainable products, and exceptional customer service. As a Sales Associate, you'll play a key role in creating an exceptional experience for our customers and their furry friends. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing outstanding customer service by offering personalized recommendations and answering questions about pet nutrition and products.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
- Assisting with inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring product levels.
- Learning about new products and sharing your knowledge with customers to help them make informed decisions.
- Supporting team members and contributing to a positive, collaborative work environment.

We’re searching for someone who shares our passion for pets and values teamwork and continuous learning. To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine interest in pet health, nutrition, and well-being.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying organized and attentive to detail.
- A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

- Ability to frequently bend, reach, kneel, walk, and stand for the duration of your shift.

- Ability to frequently lift up to 40lbs. with reasonable accommodations.
