End User Support Analyst

We’re hiring an End User Support Analyst V for a contract opportunity with a major airline client in Arlington Heights, IL. This is a great fit for someone with strong hands-on desktop support experience who is comfortable supporting end users in a large enterprise environment. Title: End User Support Analyst V Location: Arlington Heights, IL Schedule: Fully onsite, 5 days per week Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM Duration: 07/27/2026 - 12/19/2026 Pay: $39/hr Interview Process: Up to 2 rounds with the manager and team member Responsibilities Provide Level 1, 2, and 3 technical support to end users Troubleshoot hardware, software, desktop, laptop, iPad, Cisco phone, A/V, and user-related issues Manage incidents and tickets from beginning to end Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems, software applications, utilities, and service packs Perform routine maintenance, monitoring, hardware upgrades, and software upgrades Test new software, operating systems, upgrades, and applications before production implementation Support chronic issue resolution and participate in technical projects as needed Train users on equipment and software when needed Update Remedy tickets in a timely and accurate manner Must-Have Skills Desktop, laptop, iPad, and hardware support experience Cisco phone support or familiarity Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot Experience working in a large PC or enterprise end-user environment preferred Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and customer service skills Ability to work fully onsite and overnight from 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM This role is fully onsite, so candidates must be local to the Arlington Heights, IL area and comfortable with the overnight shift. #J-18808-Ljbffr Swoon
