Mercy Dental Group is currently hiring for a highly motivated, full-time Bilingual Dental Assistant to add to our Fitchburg Springs Dental office!

Fitchburg Springs Dental is patient-focused with an emphasis on five-star service for each patient. We have a fantastic team, along with an amazing culture, led by Dr. Sheng Hao Lu!

Work Schedule:

• Monday (7:00 AM - 4:00 PM) clinical hours
• Tuesday (7:00 AM - 4:00 PM) clinical hours
• Wednesday (7:00 AM - 4:00 PM) clinical hours
• Thursday (7:00 AM - 4:00 PM) clinical hours
• No Fridays or weekends!

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Chair-side assisting
• Setting up treatment rooms in preparation for patients
• Taking down and cleaning treatment rooms
• Instrument sterilization
• Stocking and cleaning treatment rooms, sterilization, and lab
• Patient follow up calls
• Taking x-rays and 3D images

Position Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to deal effectively with multiple personalities at all levels
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required

Salary:

• $20/hr - $26/hr
• Based on experience

Experience:

• Dental: 1 year of dental assisting experience preferred
