Claims System Business Analyst

To support the Claims Department's technology initiatives, the full-time remote Claims System Business Analyst will manage business analysis, system automation projects, and ongoing system maintenance, while acting as a liaison between business needs and technology execution. Key responsibilities Conduct business analysis to identify operational challenges and opportunities for improvement within the Claims Department Gather, document, and clarify business and technical requirements for new and existing systems, translating them into actionable specifications for developers Oversee ongoing system maintenance and support for core Claims Department platforms, ensuring alignment with business strategy and regulatory requirements Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience At least two years of experience in the design, development, and implementation of information systems projects and solutions Working knowledge of insurance processing systems and workflows Experience with AI tools, software, and best practices Two to three years of prior insurance experience
