This role focuses on local refrigeration and HVAC service for restaurants and commercial businesses within a 20-mile radius — excluding DC, Virginia, and Baltimore City. You'll perform installations, service, maintenance, and repairs while ensuring exceptional customer service and system performance.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, maintain, and repair commercial restaurant refrigeration systemsPerform HVAC service and light commercial maintenanceDiagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issuesConduct preventative maintenance and system performance checksRecharge refrigerants and ensure EPA complianceRead and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manualsMaintain accurate service records and communicate effectively with supervisors and clientsRespond promptly to emergency service calls when neededRequired Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)3–5 years of professional HVAC experience2–4 years of restaurant refrigeration experienceHands-on experience servicing: Ice machinesWalk-in coolers and freezersLine coolersValid driver's license with a clean driving record (must be able to operate a company vehicle)Ability to climb ladders and lift/carry 50+ lbsIf you're a skilled technician looking for a stable career with great pay, growth potential, and a strong team culture — we'd love to hear from you!
