Where no two days are the same.## Your RoleAs a maintenance planner you play a critical role in the maintenance workflow by ensuring efficient planning and scheduling of maintenance activities to maximize equipment availability, minimize downtime, and improve operational performance. As a gatekeeper, you control, validate, and regulate maintenance activities to ensure safety, compliance, and proper execution of all work interventions.**Key Responsibilities*** Develop and maintain preventive and corrective maintenance schedules* Control access to the maintenance schedule and prevent conflicts* Prepare work orders (job plans, procedures, required resources)* Coordinate maintenance activities with production teams and safety teams to schedule downtime* Prioritize tasks based on equipment criticality and business impact* Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives* Ensure all required permits* Confirm availability of resources (technicians, spare parts, tools)* Review and validate maintenance requests before execution (quality, completeness, priority)* Ensure compliance with procedures, standards, and HSE rules* Stop, reject, or escalate non-compliant activities## Your Profile* Knowledge of CMMS systems (SAP PM, Maximo, etc.)* Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities* Technical knowledge (mechanical, electrical, instrumentation)* Knowledge of HSE procedures and permit-to-work systems* Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Maintenance, or related field* 2–5+ years of experience in maintenance or industrial planning* Experience in maintenance, operations, or HSE* Field experience is a strong advantage## What you'll love about working hereWorldwide Leader of Engineering Services Capgemini Engineering combines its broad industry knowledge and cutting-edge technologies in digital and software to support the convergence of the physical and digital worlds.
